Atlantic: Established in 1919, Atlantic has never wavered from its philosophy of offering customers quality luggage at an extraordinary value. If it is determined that the problem is a result of manufacturing defect and proof of purchase to a certified repair location. Do not send the product to Atlantic. Although the materials we use in this product are among the finest components and fabric available, it should be understood that luggage is exposed to natural wear after extended use. This type wear and tear is not covered by our commitment. If such repairs are required, you may send the case to a certified repair location, and the bag will be repaired for a nominal fee. If the product is no longer available, Atlantic reserves the right to substitute a comparable product.
This warranty does not guarantee against abuse or mishandling of luggage by commercial carriers. If such a problem occurs, a claim must be filed directly with the airline. McKlein: McKlein products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, excluding the P Series, which is covered by an one year warranty. We will cover the damage to your product caused by a defect in the workmanship or quality of the materials. We hold the right to either repair or replace the product. The McKlein warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper handling or common carrier damage. Ordinary wear and tear is also not covered under this warranty. Travelers Club Luggage: Travelers Club Luggage comes with a written warranty. Depending on the item you purchase, the warranty varies from 2 to 10 years against any defects in the materials or workmanship. Luggage is designed to protect its contents. In the course of normal handling, your luggage may suffer minor cuts, scratches, dents or soil. Certain components such as wheels, bumper feet, leather, etc. will show wear. This wear is not covered under the warranty. Travelpro will provide prompt refurbishment services at a nominal cost. Note: Please examine your luggage carefully for damage before leaving the airport and immediately report any damage to the baggage service center of the airline on which you traveled. Damage caused by the airline is the airline¹s responsibility and must be claimed to the airline at the time damage occurs. By not following this procedure, you risk that the damage will not be covered under airline policy or Travelpro warranty.

Wally Bags: Wally Bags What is covered? Any defect in material or workmanship. Who is covered? The original retail purchaser and any subsequent owner who acquires the "Wally Bag" during the warranty period. Clemco will repair or, if repair is not possible, replace your "Wally Bag" for any breach in the warranty, express or implied. Unless required by law, no other remedy for breach of any implied or express warranty is provided. Please fill out and return to Clemco Products, Inc. the attached warranty card, which will provide us with the necessary information.
