International Shipping, PO Boxes and Military Addresses
LuggageSavings.com does not currently ship to PO Boxes or addresses outside of the United States. Due to restrictions on military mail, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Returns
LuggageSavings.com makes returns and refunds easy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 90 days. We gladly provide full refunds of the purchase price when merchandise is returned in original condition with the original payment receipt. Simply call 1-888-722-3737 or email us at info@luggagesavings.com to receive a UPS return label via email in 1-3 days for a flat fee of $8.95. After LuggageSavings.com has received and processed your return item(s), you will be credited for the price of the merchandise and any taxes. This credit will not include original shipping charges.
Defective or Damaged Goods
If your merchandise is defective or arrives damaged, please contact LuggageSavings.com for immediate replacement.
LuggageSavings.com guarantees all of its products for 60 days from the receipt of shipment. After that time, please refer to the manufacturer for warranty service.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only charged on orders shipping to GA, AL, SC, TN, and FL.
Warranties & Repairs
Every item sold on LuggageSavings.com is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty length is listed on the product details page. For more details on specific warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly.
LuggageSavings.com does not perform repairs. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer to locate an authorized repair center in your area. If an authorized repair center is not available in your area, you will be given instructions on how to send your item(s) in for service. Repairs and service will be performed under the terms of the product warranty. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or if you experience difficulty in obtaining repairs and service on items purchased from LuggageSavings.com.
If you bag is damaged by an airline or another carrier, you should file a claim with that carrier immediately.
